Tozlar suyla karışacak. İŞARETli yere kadar doldurulacakmış..

Illustration B shows typical installation examples)
1. Unscrew the lid of the reaction canister (1) and, using a funnel, first empty
component A (2) and then component B (3) into the reaction canister.
2. Now fill the reaction canister with lukewarm tap water (approx 20 –25 °C) up
to the top marking (no higher!!)
3. Screw the lid firmly back on to the reaction canister and shake briefly with
the snap lid closed.
4. Remove the protective foil from one side of the self-adhesive Velcro tape
(4) and apply it vertically positioned close to the upper edge of the reaction
canister.
5. Stand the reaction canister next to the aquarium and remove the second
protective strip from the Velcro tape. Now press the canister with the selfadhesive
side of the Velcro tape against the aquarium. Now the canister
cannot be accidentally knocked over but can still be easily removed (to refill)
whenever necessary. If there is no room next to the aquarium, the canister
can be attached in the same way to any other vertical surface. However, it
is important to ensure that the bottle always stands on a flat supporting
surface. The Velcro tape is not suitable to hang the canister without
additional support!
6. Push the airstone (6) on to the end of the CO2 hose (5) and fix it with the clip
suction pad (7) in a position with a gentle water current near to the floor of
the aquarium.
7. Open the snap lid of the reaction canister and connect the other end of the
CO2 hose to the nozzle in the top of the canister. Use scissors to cut the hose
to a shorter length if necessary.
CO2 production will start within 24 – 48 hours and will supply your aquarium with CO2 for
approx. 40 days. The production of CO2 can be seen by a fine chain of tiny bubbles coming
from the airstone.
Refill:
If no more bubbles are emitting from the airstone, the substrate in the reaction canister has
been used up. Proceed as follows:
Pull the hose off the lid of the reaction canister and dispose of the contents as household
waste. Rinse the reaction canister in lukewarm tap water. Refill the reaction canister again,
as described above, using a new JBL ProFlora BioRefill, available from specialist pet
shops.
Important note:
The system is designed for an ambient room temperature of 21 – 23 °C. In cooler rooms
the production of CO2 may not be sufficient. In such a case, the room temperature should
ideally be increased.
In the event that large quantities of the contents of the reaction canister accidentally spill
into the aquarium during operation, this may cause the water to become cloudy, resulting
in an oxygen deficiency. In such an event, a large partial water change should be carried
out. Check that the unit is operating correctly, in particular that it is filled to the correct
level. Never fill above the upper edge of the label! The reaction canister should always be
placed on a flat surface and secured using the Velcro tape.
The reaction canister should always be kept in an upright position and out of the reach of
children.
